Through these same windows, we find the property's private terrace, which overlooks one of the Alorda Park swimming pools, ideal for keeping an eye on the little ones. On this floor, we also find both the separate kitchen and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Continuing to the first floor, we find the three double bedrooms of the house, as well as the second full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool. The second and third bedrooms are at the end of the hallway, with one of them also having a balcony overlooking the other side of the property.
