This wonderful house is designed for those guests who want to enjoy a wonderful holiday full of tranquillity and fun on the Costa Daurada.
This house has a large Mediterranean garden with natural grass and a magnificent swimming pool in the middle of it. Right next to it is the most unique feature of the house: a private tennis court. By courtesy of the owner, guests are provided with rackets and balls to enjoy it to the full.
This house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with an area with a pool table, a very large independent kitchen and the first bedroom and bathroom.
On the upper floor we find the master suite with its own private bathroom and the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom. In addition, this suite has access to its own private balcony. It is worth mentioning that all the rooms on the upper floor have air conditioning.
This is a typical Mediterranean style house and perfectly preserved, perfect for those who want to experience a holiday in a typical Catalan coastal house.

Bonita casa con 4 dormitorios. Hay aire acondicionado en salón y 3 dormitorios.Positivo: -las zonas comunes son amplias-el aire acondicionado del salón y 3 dormitorios funcionan bien-la piscina y jardín están cuidados y disponen de hamacas-la pista de tenis y canasta de baloncesto están cuidados-los colchones en general son cómodos-la zona es muy silenciosa y tranquila Aspectos a tener en cuenta:-el dormitorio de la planta baja no tiene aire acondicionado y es bastante caluroso. (Dispone de ventilador)-el dormitorio de la planta baja tiene dos escalones para acceder (en caso de personas mayores o niños pequeños)-en la mesa del salón caben 8 personas justas. No es ampliable.-toda la casa es antigua, hay zonas que necesitarían renovarse.-la zona del porche es angosta, la mesa exterior es para 3-4 personas y no existe otro espacio para las comidas en el exterior-se necesita coche, se ubica en zona residencial. La playa está a 15-20 min caminando con cuesta.
