    The beautiful and cozy Villa Silenci – Son Valenti is located in a truly magical place near Sa Pobla. It is a country house, ideal for families with children (up to 8 people + baby), which provides a high degree of privacy as it is isolated from the neighborhood. It allows you to experience immersion in rural life, full of peace and tranquility. The property is fully equipped and offers all the necessary comfort and high quality finishes for a perfect vacation. In addition, it is adapted for people with disabilities, with its access ramp and adapted bathroom.

    The community of Sa Pobla extends over one of the most fertile agricultural areas of the island. Rice (arròs brut, literally, “dirty rice”) and potatoes are the hallmark of Sa Pobla's gastronomy and have been associated with daily life in this farming community for centuries. The house is located on a working farm.

    Sa Pobla shares with Muro, the S'Albufera Natural Park, where you can find more than 200 species of birds and about 30 species of native fish. The villa is located a few minutes from the beaches of Muro, one of the most beautiful and quiet on the island.

    The population of this municipality is concentrated mainly in the population of Sa Pobla. In the suburbs, on the other hand, there is the oratory of Santa Margalida de Crestatx, the oldest on the island (13th century).

    The Museum of San Antonio and the Devil of Sa Pobla recall the festivals of San Antonio. These festivities take place in Can Planes and the story is staged with different characters such as the devil with the big head.

    Rules:

    - In this property only FAMILIES or COUPLES who want tranquility are accepted, not groups of young people under 30 years of age,

    - Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa,

    - Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection points established before the end of their stay,

    - Responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa,

    - Parties or events are not allowed.
