New modern one-story villa is located in a quiet residential area in Roda de Bara, just 10 minutes drive from the beach.
The villa has a spacious lounge with high ceilings, and large sliding windows and doors overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
There are three bedrooms, all with access to the garden.
The pool is spacious and not deep. The plot of the house is absolutely flat, with trees planted in the garden that give shade on hot summer days.
The villa is ideal for a small family with children or the elderlies.
We recommend having a car for convenient movement around the surroundings. All infrastructure is located within 5 minutes drive: shops, restaurants, pharmacy.
Roda de Bara is known for its magnificent beaches, fully equipped, there are several small beach bars - chiringitos.
