The house on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and pool.
The apartment on the top floor has a private terrace. The pool is private. Next to the pool there is a barbecue.

It is located 350 m from "McDONALD'S" restaurant, 550 m from "RODA DE BARA" sand beach, 650 m from "ALDI" supermarket, 750 m from "ROC DE SANT GAIETA" restaurant, 1 km from "LIDL" supermarket ´.
It has a garden, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning in all bedrooms, private pool, open-air parking in the same building, 2 TVs.
The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
