•The House:
This magnificent house located in Establiments, a quiet neighborhood adjacent to the city of Palma de Mallorca, intended for holiday rentals. They have all the best services for you to have an unforgettable stay, be it sports and / or work groups, families or friends. With a capacity for 14 people, it is really comfortable since they have 12 rooms each with a private bathroom.

• Pool and solarium:

Enjoy the Majorcan sun while taking a dip in the pool at Finca Luxury Home Mallorca. The best way to combat the Mediterranean heat is in our pool, while enjoying the company and the surroundings. In the pool area you will find hammocks and a Balinese bed where you can have a drink or a soft drink from our pool bar.


• Chill out area:

The ideal place to disconnect, let yourself be carried away by the surroundings, the tranquility and a relaxed atmosphere, while you have a drink at the pool bar, in the chill-out or in your hammock. The best way to enjoy your vacation on the island. A place designed for you to disconnect. A place designed for you.

•Kitchen and dining room:

On the middle floor we have a kitchen with all the comforts you need so that you can use it how and when you want. We also have a large dining room with table and chairs so you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you want and with whoever you want.

•Lobby and living room:

On the lower floor of Finca Luxury Home Mallorca, we have the Living Room area, where you can disconnect, read, watch the fabric and meet people while you help yourself to something at the bar. A soda, a drink, or whatever you want. It also has a window to the pool on the top floor, where you can see people swimming in the pool.

•Massage area:

At Finca Luxury Home Mallorca we believe in well-being through sport and exercise, therefore, on the lower floor of the accommodation we have a gym area, so you can enjoy a while of exercise surrounded by an environment where you are comfortable. We also have a massage room, upon request and prior reservation.

These rooms are located on the top floor of the villa and therefore have private furnished sun terraces. They have a 140 cm bed, en suite bathroom with shower. Very bright rooms with views.

These rooms have a 160 cm bed, a daybed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

VILLA RULES
• Access to the establishment is not allowed to people outside the reservation.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
• No noise is allowed from 00:00 am to 07:00 am.
• Proper use of the facilities and furniture is mandatory.
• Excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed.
• Bachelor parties are totally prohibited.
• The consumption of drugs or narcotics is not allowed.
• The establishment is not responsible for the content of the safes.
• Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the customer.
