Villa with private garden in a pleasant family residence with green areas and community pool, close to the magnificent beaches and coves of Miami Playa.
Well distributed, the house is very beautiful, bright and functional to accommodate up to 5 people.

It is divided into two floors, on the upper floor is the master bedroom, with its ceiling fan, a double bed, wardrobes, television and two windows that open onto 2 terraces, the first with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the garden and the swimming pool of the residence and the second one that has views of the surroundings and the mountains, finally a complete and renovated bathroom with a large hydromassage shower.

On the ground floor is the second triple bedroom, also with a ceiling fan, wardrobes, a double bed and a single bed, a separate toilet with a sink, a pleasant living room with a sofa in front of a large flat screen television, ceiling fan, and then there is the dining area installed in front of an open kitchen also renovated and equipped with full appliances (dishwasher, microwave, hob, large fridge-freezer, etc.).
The interior of the main floor is very bright because it has a large window through you can directly access to the covered terrace, furnished with a table, armchairs, ceiling fan, lights, built-in barbecue and tiled worktop.
In front of the terrace, there is a small well-kept garden and a paved path to the security gate that has private access to the communal area of the residence and to the swimming pools located in the heart of a flower garden with showers and lawn.

The rent includes a parking space although it is also easy to park on the street in front of the residence since it is very little crowded.
It has the following optional services: Wi-Fi (25 euros/week) and / or bedding and towels (10 euros/person).

The villa belongs to a small and charming family residence with about 16 semi-detached houses that share the communal area consisting of a large swimming pool with two spaces (adults and children) and the garden area with grass and trees.

The residential area of Casalot is quiet, ideal for families and located in the wooded heights of Miami Playa with a small supermarket-bar-restaurant "Papaya". About 3 km away is the tourist center of Miami Playa and its beaches and coves of fine sand (Cala dels Vienesos, Playa Penyals, Cala de les Sirenes or Cala del Solitari; and about 4 km from the long Playa Cristal) with all its amenities, shops and restaurants, as well as leisure activities for children and adults. To park on the beaches is free.
The most touristic cities such as Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda, as well as the parks of PortAventura-Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe or Aquopolis, are easily accessible by car and by bus.
