Villa with a little private garden inside of a little family residence with pool and green areas, near of the great beaches and coves of Miami Playa.
Well distributed, the house is very beautiful, bright and functional to accommodate up to 6 people.

House distributed on two floors, on the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a window to access the terrace equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the residence's garden. A bathroom with a bathtub.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with three single beds, another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The living room furnished with a dining set, sofa, television and has large windows to access the beautiful covered terrace furnished with table, chairs, ceiling fan, built-in barbecue, hammocks and overlooking the private garden of the house. which has a small gate with a key to access the community area and the pools.
