Do not miss the opportunity to visit Cala Deià (20 minutes walking distance from the Villa or 5 minutes driving by car). A wonderful and mediterranean Cala.
Villa Ca’n Sarales Deià is equipped with 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and air condition. Outdoors and indoors areas all equipped wifi. A fantastic fireplace placed in the living room will make you feel like home. Fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with wash machine and dry machine.
Feel like practicing sport? Villa Ca’n Sarales Deià is also equipped with a fantastic gym.
Indoor parking provided, peaceful BBQ space and an outdoor pool to enjoy the views and the environment. An outdoor dining area close to the BBQ will make a comfortable place to read a book or have a glass of wine.

-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.

Newly built/renovated this is a huge 4 bed all ensuit house in a perfect location in Deia - many restaurants 5/10 mins walk. Very spacious comfortable with great views. Highly recommended
