Independent house with large garden and terraces, located 5 minutes walking from the beach, in a beautiful and quiet residential area of Cambrils.
Very well implemented the villa can accommodate up to 7 people.

The house has two floors, on the top floor there are three double bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning, one bedroom with a double bed and access to a terrace with garden views, benches and a folding awning, the second bedroom with a double bed and window with the terrace view and the third bedroom with two single beds and access to another small terrace, finally there is the modern and spacious bathroom with shower and hydromassage.
On the main floor is the fourth double bedroom with a sofa bed and wardrobe, a spacious independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, etc., a utility room where the washing machine is located, a toilet, a large living-dining room with its dining set, sofa, armchair and television, with windows to access the porch that has views of the property's private garden, which has folding awnings to cover part of the garden in sunny hours, it also has a table, garden shower, barbecue chairs sun loungers and an inflatable pool in the garden.

For greater comfort, the accommodation has quality furniture, the windows are with security bars and double glazing and as services it includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a small private underground parking space located about 100 meters in a neighbor building. As an additional service to request in advance there is bedding and shower towels for 10€/person.

The property is located in the quiet urbanization of Cambrils Mediterráneo with quick and easy access to the beach through a pedestrian and cyclist promenade in a park with benches and shaded areas with tall pine trees along a stream. The beaches are less crowded and along its promenade there are showers, play areas, beach bars, restaurants and bike lanes. A few minutes walk is the center of Cambrils with all kinds of services and leisure activities.
