The main floor has an independent kitchen fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, etc., a toilet with storage space, then there is the bright living-dining room with a sofa, flat screen television, dining set and a large window that allows access to a covered and furnished terrace for meals and/or moments of relaxation, as well as a private garden with beautiful flowers, which has a gate that opens onto a small alley that leads to the community pool.
On the other side, at the entrance of the house, there is another private and fenced area, it has a large built-in barbecue and a built-in bread oven, as well as a pantry-laundry room where the washing machine is located.
