Description
Modern and spacious house with a large private patio, it is located in the quiet urbanization Calafell Parc.
The house consists of a spacious living-dining room separated into several rooms and with access to the garden, a fully equipped American-style kitchen.
On this same floor there are three bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a large dressing room.
The house has a large attic with a double bed, there is AC in this area. You have to climb a spiral staircase.
Some bedrooms and the living room have AC.
In the garden there is a swimming pool and a large barbecue area with a table for outdoor dining.
The house is perfect for families with children. Youth groups are not accepted.
We recommend having the car to go to the beach or to go shopping.
The urbanization is very quiet, where people live all year round, and it is a fantastic place to spend unforgettable family vacations.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. 2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
