Calafell - Villa

Modern and spacious house with private pool, several terraces and barbecue, is located in Segur de Calafell, in a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk to the beach.
The house is distributed on two levels. On the main floor there is a large living room with access to the terrace and views of the pool, a splendid kitchen, fully equipped and with access to the barbecue area, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a private terrace with sea views. One bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a single sofa bed. On this same floor there is another large bathroom with shower.
The basement floor has the third bathroom with shower, there is also a washer and dryer.
The house has an outdoor parking space in the courtyard. You can also park in front of the house on the street.
There is a large private pool. The covered outdoor terrace is furnished and is a perfect place to eat out. Behind the house is the summer kitchen and barbecue.
The beach is about 15 minutes walk, in the same distance there are shops, bars and restaurants.
In this house it is reserved only for families, groups of young people are not accepted.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
