You have a private parking area for you hire car with the driveway leading upto the entrance at the front of the house. Villa Roser has a BBQ area and pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is ADJACENT to the living area and OVERLOOKS the side of the villa.
All 4 bedrooms benefit from air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.
The villa has a PRIVATE swimming pool which has a shallow circular section at one end, ideal for small children. The pool is surrounded by ample terrace space for relaxing with a cool drink before taking a much needed dip in the pool to cool off.

We liked the peaceful location and being within a few minutes walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The outdoor space, pool and parking inside the gated property was very convenient. Travelling with a disabled person it was very accessible.

we couldn’t have wished for anything more, the villa is perfect, located in a quiet cul de sac 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants, it had everything we needed and more, spotlessly clean with a fabulous pool, we had hired 2 csee more

Loved this villa, layout was brilliant, plenty of space and very comfortable. Pool was amazing my kids loved having it there, was so nice to just step outside and lay on a sunlounger. Restaurants so close and plenty to choose from as well as the beacsee more

The outside space and the pool area are great.
The location of the villa is brilliant, close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
Kitchen is good, well equipped with pots, pans, plates etc..
