Magnificent villa with private pool and a 800 m² of garden in the shade of tall pine trees, located in the quiet and wooded residential area of Las Tres Calas close to the beautiful coves with crystal clear waters of L'Ametlla de Mar.
Well-kept house with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The villa is distributed on two floors, on the top floor is the bedroom with a double bed with access to a terrace with views of the surroundings of the house, and a bathroom with shower.
On the main floor are the other two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two single beds each, then there is the second bathroom with a bathtub, the large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc., the kitchen has two windows on arch shape that open to the dining room and its respective dining room set, and to the living room furnished with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and television. From the dining room windows you can access a covered terrace with views of the property's private garden and frontal view of the pool, it has a dining room set and a roller awning.
The private garden (800 m²) is decorated with flowers and trees that also has a barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and benches for your moments of relaxation, and there is the pool that has light to enjoy it day and night .
To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bedding and shower towels, security alarm and space to park two cars. All windows and doors have security bars.
The accommodatios is located in a quiet and familiar urbanization Las Tres Calas surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; and 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with petanque court, football field and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services, shops and playgrounds.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its pretty promenade there are various shops and restaurants.

La villa est bien équipée aussi bien à l’intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le jardin est grand et très agréable avec une terrasse toujours à l'ombre. La piscine est bien entretenue et propre, la profondeur est top aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les esee more

La piscine est bien entretenue et propre, la profondeur est top aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants (profondeur de 1m20 a 1m80 environ) on s'est éclaté !!! L’intérieur est propre et tout est bien entretenu même si la maison n'est pas récente.
La maison est dans un quartier calme et proche des criques (voiture obligatoire). Elle est très bien pour le repos en famille ou entre amis. |
