Detached villa with private pool and garden, located in the quiet and wooded residential area of Las Tres Calas close to the beautiful coves with crystal clear waters of L'Ametlla de Mar.
Functional rental to accommodate up to 8 people.
The house is distributed over two floors, on the upper floor there are four spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
On the ground floor is the open kitchen with full equipment (dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, etc.) that has a space with a dining set in front of the fireplace. The spacious veranda-style living room with three large windows that open to the garden and furnished with a long table with wooden benches, sofa and armchairs in front of the television.
The garden has been designed to enjoy the summer. At the back of the house is the beautiful private pool with its Roman steps, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor shower, there is also a toilet room.
Next to the pool, the paved terrace also has a summer kitchen equipped with an outdoor dining set, parasol and a large stone barbecue, ideal for spending holidays outdoors.
The property is fully fenced and at the entrance there is a space to park two vehicles.
As optional services and to be requested in advance are the Wi-Fi € 25 / week and bed linen (sheets and shower towels) for € 18 / person.
The extra of final cleaning is mandatory: 100€, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Deposit: 500€ for families and 150€ per person if it is a group of young people. To be paid in cash on arrival.
The accommodation is located in a quiet and familiar urbanization Las Tres Calas surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; and 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with petanque court, football field and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services, shops and playgrounds.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its pretty promenade there are various shops and restaurants.
Ideal rental to enjoy the comfort of a swimming pool and private gardens, as well as the proximity of beautiful coves with crystal clear waters.
Bedding and towels are not included.
