Villa with garden and security fenced private pool, located in the quiet and wooded residential area of Las Tres Calas close to the beautiful coves with crystal clear waters of L'Ametlla de Mar.
Functional rental to accommodate up to 8 people.
The house is divided into two floors, on the upper floor there is the first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a loft with two single beds.
On the ground floor there is the third bedroom with a double bed, a renovated bathroom with shower, a modern and new fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, extractor hood, etc.) and a living room with its dining set , sofa and television, and from where you can access the front porch-type terrace with an outdoor dining set and in the shade of the plants.
The second and extensive terrace is at the back of the house, which is protected by a wooden door for greater safety for children. Its access is possible through a beautiful outside path, protected by a wooden fence for the safety of children, or through a door installed in the kitchen.
This terrace has an area where the built-in barbecue and a first dining room are located, in the middle is the pool with Roman steps, surrounded by grass and a shower; across the pool is the second outdoor dining set with sun loungers and trees.
The property is fully fenced and for greater comfort it includes Wi-Fi and a parking space, although it is also easy to park for free on the street.
As optional services and to be requested in advance are the air conditioning (one device in each floor) at € 50 / week and bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 18 / person.
The house is located in the quiet and familiar urbanization of Las Tres Calas, surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with courts of petanque, football and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services, shops, parks and small supermarkets.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its beautiful promenade there are various services, shops, restaurants, etc.
Ideal rental to enjoy the comfort of a swimming pool and private gardens, as well as the proximity of beautiful coves with crystal clear waters.
