The dining room welcomes you with a large wooden table with its elegant chairs and other decorative details, views of the garden and the freshwater well, comfortable sofas and a wood-burning fireplace. The living room is connected to the open plan, wooden, fully equipped kitchen.
Next to the entrance there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Then a large master suite with a 190 cm wide bed, dressing room and private bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom with two double beds, fitted wardrobes and sitting area, large bathroom with bath and shower.
On the first floor, a landing with access to the terrace with views to the mountains of Puerto de Pollença and the Badía de Pollença. One bedroom with double bed, dressing room, access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. Also with mountain views.

The living room, with three comfortable sofas, another dining table, this time in marble, gives access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool.

On the other side of the courtyard is an annexe. Here you will find a large glazed living room opening onto the garden, with 3 comfortable sofas, a wood-burning cooker, dining table and views of the garden and terraces.
A bedroom with 2 double beds and direct access to a bathroom, and next to it, another bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom.

In the garden there is another small house. It is like an annex for informal lunches and dinners, large wooden table with seating for more than 14 people, a brick fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The swimming pool, 10 x 5m2, has Roman steps, and a depth of 1,20m to 2,00m. The solarium has enough sun loungers for all guests and a poolside bar area which can be booked with a 30 litre keg of beer......

Numerous charming corners for sitting in the shade, terraces with sun loungers and a ping-pong table await you.
