Upon entering you will find a magnificent living room from which you can go out onto a wonderful terrace with a swimming pool, all with magnificent views of the sea. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and a bedroom and bathroom. The second floor is accessed via a staircase and in this you will find 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a hydromassage bath (the master bedroom has sea views, a terrace and an ensuite bathroom).
The exterior part of the property includes a wonderful swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, a large terrace with furniture to eat with friends and / or family and a small garden where you can relax listening to the sea. This modern villa could undoubtedly be your perfect holiday residence.
Alcanada gives its name to a summer resort area, with several stone coves a few meters away and with access to one of the most beautiful golf courses on the island. In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving no refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
