The 4-bedroom vacation rental townhouse sleeps 8 is an ideal choice for those who want the comfort of home while away from home. This property has a modern and comfortable decoration that makes guests feel very comfortable.
It has several common spaces that will make your stay very pleasant. The garden is large and has a large number of plants and flowers that make the place feel fresh and cozy. The community pool is an ideal space to enjoy the sun and take a refreshing swim, it is also surrounded by hammocks and chairs so you can rest or sunbathe in pleasant surroundings.
On the outdoor terrace you will find a barbecue with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Next to it, there is a large table so you can eat outdoors while enjoying the sea breeze and the beautiful natural landscapes that surround it.
The house has four comfortable bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with two single beds each, allowing a total of 8 people to be accommodated in a comfortable and welcoming environment. All bedrooms have ceiling fans that keep the room nice and cool on hot nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for guests to cook like at home. The property also has a private garage where guests can safely park their vehicles.
The location of the property is excellent, being only 50 meters from the beach, which makes it very convenient for those who want to enjoy the sea. It is also very close to shops, bars and restaurants, so guests will have access to a large number of high-quality services. In general, it is an excellent and very pleasant semi-detached house for those who are looking for a quiet stay next to everything they need.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
