Very close to the AVE Joaquín Sorolla high speed train station. The common areas include chill-out terrace, bicycle parking, coworking area with meeting room.
This beautiful studio has 1 bedroom separated from the living room with double bed (plus a double sofa bed) and capacity for 4 people.
It has internet connection (wifi), central hot/cold air conditioning, flat screen TV. It is equipped with 1 private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kettle, juicer, iron, American coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and utensils / kitchen.

The windows do not stop the sound of the traffic at all. The street is super loud, day and night. Having soundproof windows is more than necessary to me. Indeed I was having a very hard time to sleep at night and was often woken up by the sound of casee more

For the price I paid I really expected the windows to be way better. |
