This magnificent two-storey villa offers a balanced and symmetrical space for a perfect stay. On each floor, you will find an identical layout that guarantees comfort and convenience for all guests.
On the ground and upper floors, a fully equipped kitchen, ready to satisfy any culinary need. In addition, each floor has two bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with a practical shower, ensuring options for personalised comfort.
Both floors offer three carefully decorated bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed, another with a 135 cm bed and a third with a 90 cm single bed. This arrangement in both areas of the house guarantees versatility and comfort for groups or families.
In addition, the villa is equipped with a high-speed fibre optic wifi connection, perfect for staying connected and entertained during your stay. Four strategically distributed air conditioners provide a cool and pleasant atmosphere: two in the living rooms on each floor and two more in the corridors of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort in every space of the villa.
Outside, you can enjoy a welcoming environment with a sparkling swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a barbecue area along with garden furniture perfectly arranged to create unforgettable moments outdoors.

Wonderful house! Owners and agent are quick to respond and very helpful if there’s a questionan issue arises during the stay. We felt very at home and having the two separate floors ensured everyone had their own space (we were with 9 people including 3 children). Location wise was perfect for us. You can walk to the beach though with very hot weather this wasn’t done easily by the smaller children. Definitely need a car to be able to visit all the amazing places Mallorca has to offer! Plenty of parking in front of the house. The Mercadona in C’an Picafort is 10 min away and fantastic value for money to do your food shopping. Overall a great experience and would love to return sometime in the future!

Wir waren zu 7 in diesem tollen Haus. Man hat zwei identische Wohnungen zur Verfügung, die definitiv genug Platz bieten. Man kann oben unter dem Dach schön sitzen sowie unten. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt 5 Sonnenliegen und ganz vsee more
Wir waren zu 7 in diesem tollen Haus. Man hat zwei identische Wohnungen zur Verfügung, die definitiv genug Platz bieten. Man kann oben unter dem Dach schön sitzen sowie unten. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt 5 Sonnenliegen und ganz viele Stühle. Der Pool ist perfekt eingebunden aber hierbei ist zu beachten, dass dieser doch bis 2m Tief ist und man nur vorne an der Treppe stehen kann. Zum Meer sind es 5min. Hier gibt es vorne einen Strand, welcher große Steine hat und schwierig zum ins und aus dem Meer gehen ist. Geht man jedoch noch 10min weiter, kommt ein feiner Sandstrand mit Duschen sowie einem Restaurant. Der Bus fährt relativ unregelmäßig aber von can picafort kann man alles schnell erreichen und ein Taxi kostet höchstens 15€. In Serra Marina ist sonst eher wenig los aber gerade das ist sehr angenehm, da es sehr ruhig ist. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und das Anliegen wird direkt ernstgenommen und bearbeitet. Die Vermieter sowie die Eigentümer sind super freundlich. Alles in Allem waren es tolle 10 Tage und wir würden das Haus wieder nehmen.
