The house has 400 sqm and is located in a very quiet area with the nice views to the little lake "Lago Menor" and very close to the very famous street for shopping Pedro Mas y Reus,where you will find anything from supermarkets, restaurants etc.
The house has a garage, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, sun terrace, garden, outdoor shower, satellite TV and air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms.
Puerto de Alcudia is just about 2 km in a very nice street or by the beach up to you.The beach is 800 m away and is amazing with cristal clear water, white clean sand has being awared with the Blue Flag and a lot a facilities for disable people to go to the beach, also offers a lot of diferents activities on the beach sport in the water etc.
Also you are just two streets from Hidropark for the kids and adults to have some fun is a nice water park.
A few kilometers from Puerto de Alcudia you will find the old town of Alcudia with its ancient walls and a pedestrian street whose buildings reflect the Majorcan character in its architecture. Noteworthy are also the excavations of the former "Ciudad de Pollentia" from the Roman era.
Parties not allowed
Every tuesday and sunday you have a lovely big market in Alcudia old town that offers you the chance to get fresh vegetables and fruits , but you can find anything in that market worth it to go and visit.
