Finca with large pool and great garden for 6 persons. The ideal place for your well deserved Finca vacation!
The property is located in the heart of the island. It has an area of about 3000 m², the living space is about 140 m². In only 2 km distance is Inca and offers you great shopping possibilities.
The cosy living room has a television with satellite programs, DVD and WiFi. Below you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with the necessary extras to make your holiday easier.
In the finca there are a total of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with each two single beds. In total there are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with bathtub and one with shower. There is room for 6 people.
In front of the house there is a large pool (12 x 4 m) with comfortable sun beds, a beautiful and well-kept garden and a barbecue area.
Behind the house on the covered terrace there is another barbecue prepared for the whole group. From here you have a great view of the beautiful, well-kept garden with great trees (almond, fig and carob trees) and flowers and soft lawns.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

One of only a few problems was to find the villa with a taxi for the first time because there is no address. However, after that, we didn't have any problems finding it anymore. All in all, amazing property, especially for the price and very hospitable and helpful hosts.”

Insgesamt okay, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, ohne grundlegende Modernisierung negativ: - Schlechte Küchenausstattung (billiges Geschirr und Besteck, schlechte Messer, zu wenig Schneidebretter, nicht ausreichend Schüsseln - Im Doppelbettzimmer risee more
Insgesamt okay, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, ohne grundlegende Modernisierung negativ: - Schlechte Küchenausstattung (billiges Geschirr und Besteck, schlechte Messer, zu wenig Schneidebretter, nicht ausreichend Schüsseln - Im Doppelbettzimmer riecht es leider so stark nach Schimmel, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten, hätte die gesamte Unterkunft so gerochen, hätten wir sie gewechselt. - Keine Start-Ausstattung (Spüli, Schwämme, Handseife - insbesondere in Zeiten von Corona) - Andere Gastgeber haben uns immer mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk überrascht. Das kostet wenig und sorgt für Wertschätzung. - Auflagen für die Liegen fehlen, mehr Handtücher wäre als Alternative gut - Plastikteile des Kühlschranks teilweise kaputt gebrochen - Geschirrspülmaschine wäscht nicht richtig sauber, passt zu dem allgemeinen Abnutzungszustand - Es ist zwar nicht schlimm, dass der Strom extra gezahlt werden muss, allerdings scheint das Objekt rd. 30 kWh am Tag zu brauchen (ohne Klimaanlage), das finde ich doch sehr hoch, daheim brauchen wir 25% davon, mit einigen Verbrauchsgeräten mehr. positiv: - tolle Außenanlage - schöner Pool - Gute Infrastruktur, alle notwendigen Geschäfte in unter 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar - Schönes Ambiente in der Out-Door-Kitchen Grundlegend hatten wir eine gute Zeit, aber insgesamt kann man für den Preis mehr erwarten und das kennen wir auch so.
