Modern villa for 8 people 100 m from the beach
This immaculately presented modern villa is just 100 metres from the beach. This area is known for excellent kite surfing and is very popular with surfers. Located within walking distance of the old walled town of Alcudia, this light and airy residence is the perfect base for a holiday in the North of Mallorca.
The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.
There is off road secured parking to the front of the property. The rear garden hosts a pool enclosed with a security fence for the protection of young guests. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Close by is a brick built barbeque shaded by an old olive tree.
The pool is next to a lawned solárium furnished with sun loungers.
The villa is accessed via a double storey hallway with a feature wall and open plan staircase.
There is a large and airy sitting room with dual aspect glass doors giving acces to the front and rear terraces. This colourfully decorated room offers satellite TV, wifi, a large formal dining area and access to the kitchen.
The spacious state of art kitchen boasts a large island unit and has glass doors giving acess to the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks for nothing.
There are three twin bedded rooms one with a feature mural. They are tastefully furnished and all have views to the garden.
These rooms are served by a very high spec bathroom which boasts a double walk in shower.
The master suite is breathtaking! The kingsized bed has views to the sea and the Tramuntana mountain range beyond. It has dual aspect floor to ceiling glass walls giving access to a balcony.
There is a huge en suite bathroom and dressing room. It is dominated by a bath that has views to the sea through the floor to ceiling glass doors that give access to a balcony.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- Air conditioning according to consumption. (0,30 €/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

It is a very nice place. for families is great as you have a lot of space inside and outside. the house is good equpied and the host is always there if you need help. you can reach the water quite fast. for kiters and surfer is perfect as you can walsee more

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht und können diese Villa nicht weiterempfehlen.
Die Fotos entsprechen leider überhaupt nicht der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Innenleben stark abgenutzt.

Die Fotos entsprechen leider überhaupt nicht der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Innenleben stark abgenutzt. Auf dem Tisch waren überall rote Flecken auf dem Bezug und der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft nicht sauber und voll mit Lebensmittelresten. Die Garnituren im Badezimmer waren voller Kalk und die Dichtung der Dusche schon am schimmeln. Man wollte dort garnicht duschen gehen. Das Geschirr dort war ebenfalls stark verrostet und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Ebenfalls roch es im gesamten Haus äußerst unangenehm sodass wir die ersten 2 Tage nur mit Lüften beschäftigt waren. In den Ecken saßen überall Spinnen. Der Service von Mallorca Charmes war sehr gut. Wir hoffen, dass sich der Anbieter von solchen Vertragspartner lösen kann. |

Très belle villa. La proximité d’alcudia et de la côte permettent de visiter l’ouest et le nord des baléares. Le roof top est très appréciable et la terrasse ombragée permet de manger dehors les jours de chaleurs.
