This spacious and lovingly furnished chalet is located in the idyllic and quiet area of Manresa/Mal Pas of Alcudia, right next to the dreamlike rocky coast where you will be pampered by the sound of the sea noise.
The house offers 150 m² of living space with 4 bedrooms (1 x double bed, bath en suite, 3 x 2 single beds) and another two bathrooms with shower, enough space for 8 people. It is fully furnished with all comforts such as satellite tv, WiFI, heating : electric radiators, washing machine, an equipped kitchen and many other details. After all, you do not want to miss anything on vacation.
Enjoy your well deserved holidays with your loved ones. Cozy moments with a nice barbecue on the terrace will make your holiday unforgettable.
- Tourist tax: €2.20 per person (16 years or older) per night until the eighth night, then €1.10. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.

Bei Problemen wurde umgehend reagiert. Die beiden Herren waren freundlich und haben sich sowohl um die Sicherungen, den defekten Wasserkocher und die nichtfunktionierende Klimaanlage gekümmert.

Es wäre sehr nett, wenn wenigstens eine Rolle Toilettenpapier in der Ferienwohnung wäre, zumindest, wenn man abends ankommt. Wir hätten auch gründlicher ausgekehrt, wenn eine Kehrschaufel da gewesen wäre.

Die Kinderbetten waren nicht zu gebrauchen und die Schränke in den Zimmern rochen ziemlich .
Gründliche Reinigung und teilweise Entsorgung von alten Decken würden das Haus unheimlich aufwerten.

It is a very spacious villa located in a quiet area, 100 m from the sea. The nearest beach is about 500 m, you need a car to handle it. The villa has a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a very spacious living room, a bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace upstairs, and on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning, but we did not need to- we use it. While I stayed there were no mosquitoes, but the walls were dirty with mosquitoes. At the entrance to the villa when I arrived there was a bad smell, but after I aired it disappeared. Following a storm that was in one of the days I found water in the living room, the entrance to the windows that did not seal well. Windows must be reconditionedchanged. Inside the villa would require some investment, changed furniture, painting, etc The host was discreet and left us the key in a box with the number at the entrance and only came one time to pay the tourist tax. The price-quality ratio is OK
