    Description

    Fantastic and renovated finca in Sineu

    Between Sineu and Ariany, only a few minutes from the centre of the village.

    Capacity for 4 people.
    Fully reformed, all rooms are on one floor,

    Enjoy your stay in this bright and tastefully furnished finca. You will have a large living/dining room with an open plan and fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. There is a satellite TV and you do not have to do without internet/WLan.
    In the winter months you can heat the finca with a pellet stove (pellets not included in the price).
    There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of them en suite.

    Cosy outdoor area with large veranda and dining area, the garden is surrounded by fields. There are sun loungers at the 4x8 metre pool. There is also a barbecue area to enjoy delicious meals and pleasant evenings in the company of family or friends.



    IMPORTANT:
    - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
    - Electricity included.
    - A refundable deposit is charged.
    - Parties are not allowed.
    - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
