Villa in Santa Margarita, perfect for families with children, very safe place.
It is located in the north of the island in an excellent area for inland and beach tourism..
The house is very spacious, open kitchen and living room, all fully equipped to make sure you don't miss anything during your holiday. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath.
On the outside there is a nice area for children where they will do nothing but have fun, there are toys, slide, swing, sandbox.....
For the older ones there is also a table tennis table.
The swimming pool (4x8) is completely fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones.
There is also a barbecue area and garden furniture so you can enjoy the best meals with family or friends.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren Anfang April mit unseren Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre) dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Abends ließ sich das Haus super mit dem Kamin beheizensee more

Abends ließ sich das Haus super mit dem Kamin beheizen. Die Lage und Umgebung ist sehr privat und perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Trotzdem ist man in 15 Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt und Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La maison est au milieu de la campagne, très paisible mais à distance tout à fait raisonnable des premières plages (10-15min). L'extérieur est plus qu'agréable et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour avec de jeunes enfants. Nous recommandons!
