Nice country house with fantastic views to the Tramuntana mountains.
The house is located at the north of the island has a lovely panoramic view to the fields also the tramunatana mountain,is at the right place for you to have a nice and realxing holidays.the property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms that has a place 8 persons.
The place has got fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living and dining area with fireplace. Several seating for the entire family or group of friends, situated at the front of the house. There is also a table tennis and a grill.
At the back you will find a nice terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the garden also the pool and from there you can visit the tree planting at the back full of oranges trees.
You will have a lot of fun in this place and you will be just about 10 minuts drive from the local beaches.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Air conditioning: 0,25€/kw
- Deposit 300,00 €.
