Cosy accommodation with swimming pool in Maria de la Salud.
The accommodation is located 15 minutes drive from the beach of Can Picafort, and the north of Mallorca. You will be very close to the centre of the island and also to the beautiful beaches.
This house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A complete bathroom and a living-dining room with an open concept kitchen. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but is equipped with everything else.
It has A/C with heat pump in one of the bedrooms and the living-dining room.
In the outside area you will be able to enjoy the gardens, children's area, terraces, barbecue and swimming pool.
Ideal to spend a few days with the family and enjoy the island.
IMPORTANT
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (equal or older than 16 years old) and night until the eighth night, after that 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300,00 €.
- Parties not allowed
- To comply with the law, personal documentation of all occupants will be required prior to entry.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Ceranfeld, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle. Zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon. Draußen ein Trampolin, und ein riesiger Grill und Pizzaofen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr angenehm. Kommen gerne wieder
