This rustic villa with restored house from the 13th century, which has preserved its old character, is located in a very quiet area, about two kilometers from Alcudia.
The house offers on 400 sqm sufficient place for up to 8 persons.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, as well as another bathroom.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs: 1x double bed and 2x 2 single beds, plus 2 bathrooms, one en suite. Three of the bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning, the other two bedrooms are equipped with fans.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with enough space for 10 people. From here you reach the living area with comfortable sofas and a TV corner. WiFi is of course also available.
The spacious outdoor area offers 2 terraces, a covered dining area and a barbecue for collective barbecue evenings.
You will be able to refresh in the 9x4 m large pool, here sun loungers are already ready for you.
The house is supplied with solar power and an emergency generator is ready.
The villa is surrounded by sheep pastures and olive, carob and almond trees. Dive into this mediterranean oasis and relax from the hectic everyday life!
- Tourist tax: €2.20 per person (16 years or older) per night until the eighth night, then €1.10. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity included.
- 1,50 € per 1000 litres of water.
