90m² apartment where you will feel at home. Fully equipped and furnished with comfortable furniture. Modern, spacious and very bright. It has capacity for 6 people, with two large bathrooms and an independent kitchen with ceramic hob.
This apartment has the perfect location: in the historic centre of the city of Valencia. You will find the Plaza de la Virgen and the cathedral a few meters away; as well as an infinity of restaurants and shops. Very close to the apartment are the lungs of the city, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.
A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival at the accommodation.
Electricity consumption is included up to 50€ per month, excess electricity consumption will be charged to the tenant.
