Here you will enter the different continents, imagining exotic and faraway places, and you will be able to enjoy the amazing vegetation that belongs to our Mediterranean landscape. This visit will allow you to get to know a sample of the great biodiversity that makes up our planet.
In addition, at the foot of the Botanical Garden you will find the Turia Gardens, an old riverbed with an extension of more than 9km. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it is a true green space that runs through the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to the Bioparc. Likewise, the historic city centre is a 10-minute walk from this property.
A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival at the accommodation.
Electricity consumption is included up to 50€ per month, excess electricity consumption will be charged to the tenant.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very spacious. The balcony was excellent with sun in the afternoon.
We had a delay in the flight but that was no problem for picking up the keys after regular hours

The location on the map on the site is wrong. In addition, the exact adress is not shown on either the sitethe booking confirmation. I expected the apartment on the indicated location but it was somewhere else, luckily on walking distance.

It was nice that we could pick up the keys after 21:00hr, but after more then 3hrs delay of the flight it felt a bit awkward to pay 30 euros extra for the late pickup. Can´t really blame the company though. |
