Unique apartment, completely renovated, located in front of the beach on the sixth floor with the elevator.
The sea view is present from all rooms. There are three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an independent and fully equipped kitchen. The living room and the master bedroom have access to the large terrace with views of the sea and Port Segur. On the terrace there is a table to enjoy outdoor meals and comfortable hammocks to rest or take a nap. There are awnings to protect the terrace from the sun.
The port facilities offer numerous restaurants, shops, mini karting for children, free spaces to practice skateboarding, basketball or rollerblading.
Along the beach there is a promenade for walking, petanque courts, playgrounds. Free or paid street parking.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
