From the windows in the living room, as well as from those in the bedrooms, you can access the long covered terrace, which is fully furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers and roller shutters, to enjoy lunch / dinner outside, or moments of relaxation with unobstructed views of the gardens and swimming pools in the communal area.
Functional and very well equipped, it includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bedding and shower towels and a private underground parking space inside the residence.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor with elevator, within a pleasant well-kept family residence where the Andalusian style predominates in its areas with beautiful fountains between the floors and mosaics on the wall.
The entrance has a secure access with digital code, then there is the large communal area with grass, trees and two large pools with surveillance.
The residence is quiet, it has a small supermarket and bar-restaurant on the ground floor.
Its location is ideal since the rental is very close to Plaça Europa, which allows access to all the places of interest in Salou, such as shops and restaurants and leisure activities for children and adults. Going along calle Josep Carner or along the commercial avenue “Principado de Andorra”, you will reach the long Jaume I promenade known for its light fountains and its wide sandy beach Playa Llevant. Also a few minutes away is the area of nightclubs and bars on Avenida Carlos Buigas and you can also easily go to the other beaches such as Llenguadets, Capellans and Llarga.
The pedestrian entrance to the PortAventura-Ferrari Land theme park is about 10 minutes walking.
