The apartment is distributed in a double bedroom with a queen bed and built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a large Italian shower, a room for the washing machine and cleaning materials, the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools that opens to the living-dining room furnished with a small set of dining room, a double sofa bed, television and windows to access the terrace furnished with table, chairs, roller awning, a small sofa and outdoor table for your resting moments enjoying the view of a small and quiet one direction street and with lateral views to the sea.
To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, satellite with international channels and bed linen (sheets and shower towels).
As an optional service to request in advance, there is a parking space at € 12 / day, although it is also possible to park for free in the streets of the urban center, however the car is not necessary since the location allows access by to all services. .
Located on the third floor with elevator inside a family residence with an ideal position facing the sea and with direct access to the yacht club and the beautiful Miramar pedestrian and cyclist promenade with its palm trees and old maritime pines that allows you to visit the main beaches of Salou : Ponent and Llevant, going on one side towards the Jaume I promenade with its light sources reaching Cap Salou along the beautiful Cami de Ronda pedestrian path and on the other side you can reach the neighboring town of Cambrils.
The beaches of Salou have lifeguards, showers, sun lounger rental, playgrounds, beach bars and water sports.
Around the residence you can easily access different services, shops, restaurants, cafes and playgrounds since it is in the urban center of Salou.
