Bright penthouse with a large terrace, in a residence with a communal pool, located less than 250 meters from the main beach and the center of Salou.
Cozy and comfortable to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is distributed in a spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes, a complete and modern bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, cabinets and an open bar to the dining room with its corresponding table and chairs, the living room with television, a double sofa bed and a window that opens onto the 27m2 terrace, furnished with a dining set for your meals outside and a rest area with two armchairs, sofa and table, it also has a roller awning to enjoy the outdoors in the sunniest hours and with clear views of Salou.
For greater comfort, the rent includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bedding and shower towels.
Parking is an optional service to be reserved in advance (12 euros/day), although a vehicle is not necessary to enjoy the holidays in this rental.
Apartment located on the seventh floor with an elevator inside the Michelangelo’s residence, known in Salou for its strategic location very close to the tourist area. It has a beautiful communal area with a large swimming pool for adults and one for children, a solarium to relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers available throughout the season, a play area for the little ones and a ping-pong table for older children. The residence hall has a secured entry using a digital code.
From the Michelangelo residence, about 250 m from Josep Carner street, you can go to the Jaume I promenade with its palm trees and its extensive beach, its many fountains, there is also the bus station to go to various destinations such as the park PortAventura-Ferrari Land attractions or neighboring cities. This residence is also on the corner of Calle Mayor, one of the main shopping streets with numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
It is a comfortable and functional rental to enjoy the pools at the residence and the activities that Salou and its surroundings offer.
Catalonia applies a tourist tax for an amount of 1 euro per person over 16 years old and per day, limited to the first 7 days. To be paid at the arrival.
