The apartment is distributed in two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and both with large windows to access the furnished terrace with clear views of the forest, one of the bedrooms is a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and the second bedroom has two single beds then there is the second bathroom with shower, a fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, dishwasher, etc.) and a pleasant living-dining room with its respective dining set, sofa bed, conventional sofa, two armchairs and a television. Both, from the kitchen and from the living room you can access the second terrace furnished with a dining set and a folding awning to enjoy at any time a direct view of the beautiful garden and pool of the community area.

The residential offers optional extra services such as a paddle tennis court as well as treatments in the SPA center, all to be booked at the reception of the building, accessible for everyone aged more than 14, is opened from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00; SPA opening schedule depending on the season. The inside Pool and the SPA will be used respecting the sanitary rules applicable at the moment.
