Nice apartment with terrace and beautiful views of the sea, within a residence located on the seafront and the Salou promenade.
Bright rental with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is south facing and has been recently renovated, it is distributed in a bedroom with a queen-size bed, large built-in wardrobe, TV and large windows to access the terrace, the second bedroom with two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe, a modern bathroom with large shower and sliding glass screen. The fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.). The beautiful living-dining room furnished with a dining set, an armchair, a double sofa bed, a small sound system, speakers, a movable flat-screen TV and large windows to access the terrace furnished with a table, chairs, sofas and folding awning for the sunniest hours. This cute terrace has magnificents views of the sea and the promenade.
To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and a parking space in the residence's underground parking. As an optional service to request in advance is the bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 15 / person.
Located on the third floor with elevator inside a family residence that has the privilege of being on the first line of Ponent Beach and the beautiful Miramar promenade that allows to walk in one side to the Jaume I promenade, the nautical port and the most tourist center of Salou; and in the opposite direction you can walk to the center of Cambrils.
Playa Ponent is a long and wide sandy beach less frequented than its neighbor Playa Levant and offers the same services such as showers, a lifeguard post, rental of sunbeds and umbrellas, small restaurants, beach bars, and at the end of the beach there is a park for children.
The promenades are pedestrianized and adapted with bike lanes, accompanied by palm trees, fountains, playgrounds and numerous shops as well as bars and restaurants.
It is also close to the center of Salou with the covered market open every day offering fresh products, and the different bus stops to visit neighboring cities or the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park.
