Description
This apartment on the first floor can accommodate six guests.
It offers sea views and is only 50 meters from the wonderful beach of Port Alcúdia, in a safe and familiar neighborhood.
Minerva, the street, is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
On the floor there is a spacious living-dining room furnished with good taste in a contemporary style that is interspersed with pieces from the Mallorcan period.
The lounge has access to a spacious balcony furnished with sun loungers and overlooks the beach and Mediterranean gardens below.
The kitchen is accessed through a glass wall. It is well equipped and has an island with a breakfast bar.
There are three well-furnished and bright bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds.
The two bathrooms, both with showers, are en-suite.
In our opinion, Minerva offers a high class accommodation, well equipped and a few meters from the beach. This is a difficult combination to beat.
Parties not allowed
The apartment is comfortable, modern and has 102 m². It is equipped with : garden furniture, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning, 1 TV ( satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German)).
In the open plan induction kitchen, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
