    Newly renovated apartment with a nice view over the ocean, situated in lovely Capistrano Village, Nerja. A perfect place to enjoy your vacation in peacefulness and harmony. The balcony has a lovely ocean view where you could enjoy the sun all day long. Doors to the balcony can be opened fully which making the living room feel spacious. The balcony is equipped with a seating area and awning.
    The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and electrical heating in all rooms. There is also a fireplace in the living room. Bathroom is equipped with electric towel rail, hair dryer and evacuation fan
    Free fast Wifi (100/10), TV with a large selection of European and Scandinavian channels (including Spanish, German, Italian, French, English, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish channels) and stereo / radio.
    Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and a washing machine.
    The apartment is located only 2 min walk from one of the two lovely pool areas of Capistrano Village.
    At the pool area, there are swimming pools, children's pool, pool bar, restaurant and pub, sun loungers, souvenir shop, car rental, minimarket and booking agency for various activities.
    Capistrano Village has a 24h / 7d security guard service and the area is very peaceful.
    The local bus stops outside the door and take you down town for 1 euro. Here you could visit the beautiful Burriana beach, Balcon de Europa and a wide range of restaurants. The trip takes about 10-15 minutes, but you can also walk.
    Free parking on the street outside the apartment.
    Not suitable for disabled people since the apartment is located on the second floor.
