The apartment has two large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, a large well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.). Then there is a door that separates the living-dining room from the other rooms, and it is furnished with a dining set, a sofa bed, television, ceiling fan and a large window to access the covered and corner terrace, furnished with a set of outdoor dining room to enjoy the clear views of the residence and the city.
To extend the comfort, the rent includes Wi-Fi and bed linen (sheets and shower towels).
The rental does not have parking, however La Pineda offers a large public parking close to the residence and the parking spaces around the residence are also free.
The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator inside a beautiful and safe residence with access ramps and whose extensive communal area has swimming pools for adults and children, fountains, paddle tennis courts, miniature golf, petanque, basketball and football courts, ping-pong table, large green space and playground.
