Fully equipped, this cosy flat offers two bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace where you can have additional space to leave your beach items and wash your clothes if you wish. The flat has a second fully equipped bathroom, a spacious living and dining room where you can enjoy and relax on the sofa next to the TV, an independent kitchen with everything you need for your stay and a second, super cosy terrace where you can enjoy with your loved ones. Ideal for families with children, very well located, offering comfort due to its proximity to the beach, restaurants and attractions in the area, also the Calafell's train station, all just few steps away from the flat. The great attraction of this flat is its private terrace, a very unusual feature in ground floor flats in the area. In addition, it is adorned with artificial grass that gives it a fresher feel.
The flat has high-speed internet and smart television so you can continue enjoying your favourite series.
In the kitchen you can find a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and everything you need to enjoy a delicious breakfast. It also has a dishwasher if you don't want to do the dishes yourself 😊.
We are waiting for you to enjoy a cosy stay. If you need parking, have a small pet, or need a crib for your baby, do not hesitate to contact us. We will try to make your stay the best of the summer.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2. DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY RUBBISH Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. PETS (upon request). NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure (if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
