Description
WE RENOVATE WITH AIR CON AND HEATING IN THE ROOM. Direct access to the sea. There is a private path to the famous plans of Calan Brut, where you will discover crystal clear waters, with all the different colours of the sea.- You can have a swim and take in the rays on the surrounding flatbeds of the rocks. If you prefer a beach, only 500 meters away, you have the beach of Calan Blanes (only a 10 minute walk!) The apartment, is furnished with new matresses 90 x 190, a sofa bed in the lounge which converts to a double bed, terrace furniture so you can have dinner "al fresco", flat screen tv with channels in different languages, free WIFI, and welcome pack for your first day. They are basic apartments but ideal for a base on your holidays. Also there is a large shared swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas , also a baby pool for the children. Your arrival to these apartments will be very easy as there is free parking at your apartment and a supermarket 25 meters away. Any other questions about these apartments please look on our website.
