This spacious apartment with capacity for 8 people has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The most difficult decision of the day might will be whether to eat out or to stay in house.
The owners have chosen beautiful furniture to complement the classic design of the apartment but which creates a warm and welcoming home, flooded with light during the day.
Groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed.

This apartment is on the 1st floor in of a a new construction building.
- Living room: TV, dining table, sofa and lounge seating.
- Kitchen: Microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, frying pans and pots set, glasses, wine glasses, mugs.
- 3 double bedroom, 1 with bathroom with bathtub.
- 1 Bathroom with shower.

This beautiful harbour city, is one most important tourist destinations in the Spanish east coast. This lively city offers visitors a wide range of events, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, pubs, and clubs where fun and entertainment are guaranteed all year round. Alicante is rightly famous for its busy life areas in the city centre, in the emblematic Explanada de España (Spain boulevard), in the “Barrio” and around the marina, a modern leisure area extends along the port`s breakwater, where there are also many bars and restaurants. Next to both of these is the urban beach of El Postiguet, a privileged spot for enjoying the sea and the sun, the medieval Santa Barbara Castle, the Baroque façade of the Town Hall.
